The Australian Business Summit Council Inc. recently held its exclusive Annual Gala Dinner to celebrate the launch of EKONOMOS, the Council’s official business affairs magazine. The event was held at Le Montage in Lilyfield on May 4th, 2023. A total of 200 VIPs and guests attended the event in the Deanah’s room of the luxurious five-star venue.
The event was attended by various prominent figures from the diplomatic, political, and business worlds. These included H.E. Mr. Maximo Gowland, Ambassador of Argentina; H.E. Dr. Ali Kraishan, Ambassador of Jordan; H.E. Ms. Wassane Zailachi, Ambassador of Morocco; H.E. Mr. Davaasuren Damdinsuren, Ambassador of Mongolia, among others. The keynote speakers for the event were H.E. Ms. Wassane Wailachi, the Ambassador of Morocco, and H.E. Mr. Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri, the High Commissioner of Pakistan, who both highlighted the investment and business opportunities in their respective countries.
Dr. Frank Alafaci, the president of the Australian Business Summit Council Inc., welcomed the attendees and commended the Council’s directors’ tireless efforts to promote effective business policies and practices. These were Mr. Alfio Bonanno, an Italian Australian two-time Emmy Award-nominated recording tenor, artist, singer, pianist, and composer, and Mr. Yue Zheng, a young, precociously talented violinist from the People’s Republic of China.
